You can layer the best serum in the world over skin that has just been rinsed in chlorinated hard water. It will still be working against a disadvantage you never chose. We start upstream of everything else.

Honest about what it does
A shower filter reduces chlorine and certain dissolved metals. It does not soften water, cure anything, or replace a dermatologist. We would rather undersell it than have you feel misled in a month.
