We send a prepaid shipping label within one business day.
Send it back
Any box will do. Drop it at any carrier location.
Refunded
Once it reaches us, your refund goes back to the original payment method.
Used is fine
The guarantee only means something if you can actually fit the filter and live with it. Install it, shower with it, and if the water does not feel different, send it back.
The one exception is an opened cartridge. Once the seal is broken the media begins working, and we cannot resell or reuse it.
Exchanges and refunds
We do not process exchanges directly. Return what you have for a refund and place a new order — it is faster than waiting for us to swap it.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Most banks show it within five business days, though a few take longer.
The thirty days run from the delivery date on your tracking, not the order date. Refunds cover the product only; expedited shipping charges are not refunded.
