You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We currently sell and ship only within the United States. Orders placed for delivery elsewhere may be cancelled and refunded.

Dulcis Agua sells an inline shower filter and replacement cartridges.

What it is. A point-of-use shower filtration device intended to reduce chlorine, sediment and certain dissolved minerals in municipal tap water for aesthetic purposes — feel, odour and residue.

What it is not. The filter is not a water purifier, a medical device, or a treatment for any health condition. It is not intended for use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the unit. Nothing on this site is medical, dermatological or health advice.

Results vary with your local water chemistry, water pressure, temperature and household use. We make no guarantee of any particular result for your skin, hair or fixtures.

We work to describe the product accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions, specifications, colours or images are error-free, complete or current. Product photography and renders are illustrative; the item you receive may differ in minor visual respects.

Availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or refuse or cancel any order, including after an order confirmation has been sent.

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and, where they apply, shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout.

We may change prices at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel or refuse any order placed at that price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment taken. If we cancel, we refund the amount charged in full.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt; it does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

We may cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, an unauthorised transaction, a pricing error, or a breach of these terms. Where an order is cancelled after payment, we refund in full.

If you select a subscription option for replacement cartridges, the following applies.

• Recurring charge. Your payment method is charged automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
• Renewal. The subscription renews automatically. We send a reminder before each renewal charge to the email on the account.
• Price changes. We may change subscription pricing on reasonable prior notice. Continuing after the notice period constitutes acceptance; you may cancel instead.
• Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the link in any subscription email or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect for future shipments. An order already processed for dispatch cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our returns policy.
• Failed payment. If a charge fails we may retry it and may suspend or cancel the subscription.

Shipping methods, estimated timeframes and any charges are set out on our shipping page, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses supplied by you, or events outside our reasonable control.

Our returns policy is set out on the returns page and forms part of these terms. Where that page and these terms conflict, the returns page governs on returns matters.

Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

We warrant that the filter housing will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for two years from the date of delivery. Cartridges are consumable and are warranted only against defects present on arrival.

The warranty does not cover normal wear; reduced flow or capacity from exhausted cartridge media; scale, staining or discolouration; damage from misuse, freezing, water pressure outside normal residential range, chemical exposure, incorrect installation, disassembly or modification; or use in commercial, industrial or non-potable water applications.

Your remedy under this warranty is, at our option, repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price. To claim, contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Except for the limited warranty above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and the products are provided as is and as available. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agua Property Solutions LLC and its members, officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, property damage, or personal injury, arising out of or relating to the site or the products, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site or a product will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agua Property Solutions LLC from any claim, demand, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

The filter is designed for hand installation on a standard residential shower connection. You are responsible for confirming compatibility with your fixture, installing it correctly, and checking for leaks after installation. We are not responsible for water damage, property damage or plumbing costs arising from installation, over-tightening, use of incorrect adapters, or failure to inspect for leaks.

Replace cartridges at the interval indicated in the product documentation. An exhausted cartridge does not filter effectively.

This site and its contents — including the Dulcis Agua name, the DA monogram, logos, text, photography, renders, layout and code — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the site without our prior written permission, other than incidental personal use of the site as intended.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify and display it in connection with the brand, including in marketing.

You represent that the content is your own, is truthful, and does not infringe any third-party right. We may remove or decline to publish any submission at our discretion. We do not offer compensation, discounts or free product in exchange for reviews.

You may not use this site to violate any law; to infringe our or a third party's rights; to submit false information; to transmit malware; to scrape, crawl or harvest data by automated means; to interfere with the security or operation of the site; or to resell our products without our written authorisation.

This site may link to or rely on third-party services, including our payment processor, ecommerce platform, carriers and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the section below, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us. If it is not resolved within 60 days, either party may pursue formal action.

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version takes effect when posted, with a revised last-updated date. Your continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance. The terms in force at the time you place an order govern that order.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies referenced in them, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
